Through small group personal training classes or open gym, our clients may choose to target weight loss as a priority. After a full fitness assessment, our qualified instructors are trained to design a full weight loss program. Through monitoring progress and mentoring, we can keep the client on the path to weight loss, health and happiness by achieving their goals. We often run eight week challenges with prizes for most centimetres or kilos lost.
We now have a full range of workouts to suit everyone, even those with a busy lifestyle, no matter how fit or unfit you may be! With longer opening hours including the gym now open during the day, you can now do a workout when it best suits you, including weekdays or Saturday mornings.
Now with our new range of equipment to complement our current classes, we can now add TRX style resistance classes, with Introductory classes about to be added to our timetable during July! The popular morning Boxercise classes are stripping weight fast, the ladies are enjoying a hard work out, while having fun and losing lots of kilos.
